Sri Chilukuri works as an independent filmmaker, actor, writer, and director. As a person that identifies with two cultures, he hopes to tell stories that highlight both sides and emphasize how we are more alike than different.
His love for the theater started at a very early age. He has worked in several stage productions ranging from classical to contemporary. Favorite roles include Harold Dobbs (Proof), YogaPlay (Raj), Richard Hannay (The 39 Steps), Mortimer Brewster (Arsenic and Old Lace) and Lysander (Midsummer Night's dream).
He made the move to Los Angeles to expand his work to the screen. Even here, he has worked on a wide range of projects from mainstream Netflix show YOU (2019), to independent films Hatchback (2019) and 919 Lakeview Drive (2020).
