Hi, I'm Simone!

I'm a professional acting coach and voice coach as well as an actress, and I teach private acting and voice classes, on top of my work lecturing in colleges and universities.
I would love to help you with your audition or I am available for general acting coaching or specific voice training if that's what you're after- for what it's worth, I'm the only specialist trained voice coach I've found on We Audition so far.

I have loads of training including:

BA in Acting from Birmingham School of Acting
MA in Acting for Screen from Royal Central School of Speech and Drama
PGCert in Professional Practice Voice Pedagogy (which is specifically spoken voice for actors, and I am in the process of publishing my thesis!)
Teaching qualification (PCET)- so I am qualified to teach adults, and I'm best trained to teach you what I know

I'm also training to become a Linklater approved voice coach
… So it's fair to say I'm qualified to teach you!

I can help you with a whole range of things, such as:

Classical western text
Contemporary text
Screen techniques

And I love my work specialising in voice for actors, where I can help you with things like:

Vocal support

Just a heads up, I'm new to We Audition, so my prices on here are lower than what I charge elsewhere.
I'd love to get to know as many of you as I can, so I'm keeping my prices low for now, but they will go up! If you become a regular client early though, we can work out a deal going forward.

For what it's worth, my thesis was on Decolonising spoken voice education for actors, so inclusivity in training and education is something I am very passionate about.
