I have been a professional actor for 25+ years in film, tv, theatre, and imporv & sketch comedy. I have written stand-up, sketches, countless songs, web series' and 3 short films that I also directed. I am available and happy to rehearse with you and read for your self-tape auditions.

Howland wrote and directed the short films “Safer At Home”, “Underwritten” and “#Inclusion Rider the movie”, he also produced, directed, and edited the web-series “Backseat with P and J”.

I have Osteogenesis Imperfecta, I have not fractured in a very long time and my last medical interaction was a hip replacement was in 2004, because of it I stand 4'6". However ableist it sounds when someone gets to know me they say they forget I am disabled, I think that observation bodes well for TV and Film. I am empathetic, anti-prejudice, extremely connected to my body and voice, spatially aware, and excellent with props.
