Natalie

Natalie Amey is an American actor, based in Los Angeles County, California. Born in Brooklyn, New York, Amey. She started her onstage performance when starring in community showcase productions at the age of 7 years old. Headlining more showcases in Gainesville, Florida at the University of Florida doing dance choreography and musical impersonation performances. Amey appears as supporting role, Brooke, in recognized Sundance Film, Pursuit to Loneliness and appears in National Commercials such as Coca Cola and Home Depot. A member of SAG-AFTRA since 2013. Amey later onstage experience includes live performances at Spoken Word Poetry Slams and ensembles in Miami and Chicago.

Unable to deny her strong desire to express herself creatively, while fulfilling a duty to care for those hurting or in need, as she did when working as a family therapist and as an ICU nurse, she believes being an actor is undoubtedly the calling of her lifetime.

Amey values the craft of acting and desires to be used as a vessel to tell real stories truthfully and contribute to the spread of empathy for humankind. As a character actor, she loves captivating an audience by exploring the emotional journey through the eyes of the underrepresented or from an unexpected perspective.

Amey is an advocate and supporter for various charities and global movements aimed at ending abuses of human rights and alleviate human suffering. Since 2012 Amey sponsors vulnerable women and children in Uganda and South Sudan to have a safe place to call home through the Watoto organization. Amey also supports Hand of Hope, Los Angeles Mission, and Amnesty International.
