Hi, I'm Mia!
I'm an NYU Tisch grad who's worked professionally in theatre as an actress and assistant-director for the last decade. I have a ton of experience with Shakespeare/heightened language, but also connect deeply to darkly funny contemporary work. So whether the project is Hamlet, PEN15, or two lines as Girl With Coffee, I'll be thrilled to work on it -- and happy to help with character/text work and script analysis if that's of interest too!
Mia Canter is a graduate of NYU Tisch's Stella Adler Studio of Acting and has worked as an actress and assistant-director in/around NYC for the last decade. She has many years of experience working professionally with Shakespeare and heightened language, and a pension for darkly funny contemporary work. She is currently training at The Groundlings and writing a period-piece pilot.
