Hello fellow Actors! My name is McKinley and I am an Actor, originally from Dallas, who is currently based in Los Angeles.
I received my formal education and graduated with degrees in Communication and Theater Arts from the University of Southern California. Since college, I have trained with some of the best "real world" TV and Film professional Acting Coaches in LA. Auditioning is the world in which I live, work and play.
I'm excited to be your reader, not only because I love the art of acting, the networking aspect, and the learning experience, but also because, I know first-hand how tedious, nerve-wrecking and burdensome it can be to find quality readers in a hurry for important auditions. As your reader, I realize this is YOUR audition (and your time) and I see myself in this role as merely there to help you to deliver your best work.
In that spirit, I'm happy to oblige any direction, modifications or adjustments that you need give a killer performance. I know that sometimes finding our "best take" or "feeling" on a piece takes time. I'm patient and we can work for as long as necessary and run the scene as many times as needed.
