I've been acting and/or teaching acting for well over 35 years. I love working with actors and helping them reach their full potential. I'm the kind of coach that leads through encouragement, never with negativity. Being a reader is fun for me and helps me scratch the itch to perform, which is something I don't get to do as often as I'd like. I'm incredibly versatile and up for any kind of reading, whether it's an audition, rehearsal, or reading for a screenwriter, I'm here for you!

Kristen Elizabeth is an actor, film intimacy coach, acting coach, dance instructor, and Intimacy Coordinator/Consultant/Choreographer for film and television in the Pacific Northwest. She has been working in the entertainment industry for over 30 years. Her acting students have appeared in lead roles on Netflix, Hulu, AppleTV, in major motion pictures, and on Broadway.
Kristen teaches her own unique method of acting and dance based on decades of study and personal experience. She combines physicality with psychology in a way that keeps the performer both physically and emotionally safe.
