Kevin Coffman
My name is Kevin L. Coffman and I am a creator. Whether that is through art in writing, acting, or music-making, I love bringing what was once a thought to life. Being a creator of my own live-action stories, I know how important it is to do justice to the vision of another. This is what helps to create the character I'm taking on. Not only that, but I love helping others create their own visions or characters for their own projects or someone else's. I try to give honest but constructive feedback in hopes the person I'm helping will learn and grow as an actor and I will grow myself as an artist. I love acting roles that challenge me to create and think outside the box. For example, I once had to play a disgruntled man living off peanuts who had to be very reserved. I am not used to acting so reserved but it paid off big time once I got into the mind of the character. Whether it's acting or helping another practice their craft, I love knowing I helped bring something to life that didn't exist some time ago and I love helping others achieve their dream as I continue to achieve mine.

Projects I've worked on include "RAVE", as a Dubstep-themed Supervillain, "Unstable", as an unstable outdoorsman, "Mr. Chicken Man", as a fast-food worker caring for his ailing grandfather, "AMRITO", a main player in a modern Edgar Allan Poe adaptation, and "The Hall Monitor", an upcoming feature film where I play a janitor with a secret past.
All these projects have helped me learn and grow as an actor and have increased my versatility. I can play roles from good to bad, funny to serious, and any other one can think of. Some of my favorite roles to play, however, are characters with a bit of an edge to them. Not JUST heroes and villains but antiheroes. I like to explore their moralities and how complex they are compared to just regular superheroes and villains. They are heroes with a major edge in my opinion.
Everyone has a dream character, and I do have several that, if asked, would take the job in a moment. I'd love to play characters like Jim Moriarty, Moliere from Atlantis: The Lost Empire, Mario from Super Mario Bros., Doc Ock or Venom from Spider-Man, or Nexus from Ms. Marvel. (Or Hank Williams Jr. according to some folk)
Any project I am casted in, you can be sure, I will bring my A-game. You will not regret casting me in your project because I will do my absolute best to make your project the amazing piece of work you're bringing to life
