Elizabeth June is an indie Flimmaker, Actor, Singer, and Certified Yoga/Aerobics Instructor. June is a native New Yorker and graduated from the MFA program at the Actors Studio Drama School in 2003. Been a proud SAG/Aftra and AEA member since 2004. TV Credits include: Hightown, Fresh Off The Boat, As The World Turns, Criminal Minds and Black-ish where she played her hero Harriet Tubman. Stage Credits include: Seven Guitars, Balm in Gilead, Jesus Christ Superstar, The Colored Museum and The Magnificent Dunbar Hotel at The Robey Theatre Company founded by Ben Guillory and Danny Glover. She is a cast member of the audio drama BRONZEVILLE directed by Laurence Fishburne and produced by Larenz Tate. June is co-founder of SilverLox Films with her husband Jason S. Williams. Their film "JITTERS" was an Official Selection at the 2010 SCREEN ACTORS GUILD Foundation Short Film Showcase, 2010 Texas Black Film Festival and the 2010 Women of African Descent Film Festival and won first place at the 2010 Enzian Film Slam in Orlando. Elizabeth June’s music video, "FREEDOM" (directed by Gabriel Haze), was awarded Video of the Week by MTV's website mtvU.com in 2009.
