Classically trained but educated through real world working experience, Latin-American actress and singer-songwriter Diana Truman is dynamic. Having recently originated the lead role in the musical Rathskeller (nominated for Best New Off-Broadway Musical), Diana has a smooth and distinct voice capable of drawing people in with several intricate styles. Although she is proud of having earned degrees in theater and jazz from her training at the University of Florida and Santa Fe College, it is Diana’s MBA from UF that gives her the professional edge to navigate the entertainment industry. Having a business mind with an artist’s soul has allowed her to bring a strong work ethic to the over 30 theatrical productions she has been a part of. She is often the first and last person in the room, takes direction well, and is constantly seeking ways to learn and grow. Repped with Gina Stoj Management and with Stefanie Talent Entertainment agency at home in NYC, Diana also works with east coast’s Dreamwalker Music Evolution recording studio, and trains vocally with Alexa Green. She currently keeps up her acting chops with Anthony Abeson and Jordan Woods Robinson. She is also currently working with several independent labels and producers for her music.
