Caylin Turner

Caylin Turner is an award-winning young actress who's emerging body of work reflects her love of independent projects featuring strong, unconventional female characters. She began her acting career in local theater and recently moved to film and television where she quickly captured lead roles in projects that have reinforced her love for acting.

Caylin completed her first lead role in the indie feature film "This Was America" as Violet, a young girl who begins a journey to flee the US. Set in a dystopian future, Violet begins a reluctant escape from the only life she has known with a questionable guardian.

As Traci, in the movie of the week "Baby in a Manger", Caylin played a runaway teen mother coping alone after being deserted by the baby's father just before Christmas. This Harlequin film was released in late 2019 and continues to stream internationally over the Christmas holidays.

Coming soon she will be the lead protagonist Eden, a punk rock fan girl in the indie LGBTQ high school comedy, "Stupid for You". This quirky musical comedy will hit festival screens in early 2022. And you can soon see her in her first Horror film "De Influencer"!
