If you get a message from an actor that you have read with saying that ‘PayPal is down’ or that the payment link doesn’t work it might be to do with a setting in your PayPal account blocking WeAudition.
Specifically, it may be due to the Encrypted Website Payments setting in your PayPal account.
How to fix:
- Sign in to your PayPal account
- Hover over your name in the upper right corner
- Click Account Settings
4. Click Website Payments in the left menu bar
5. Scroll down to the Website Preferences section

6. Select Off for Block non-encrypted website payment
7. Select On for PayPal account optional
