Ashley-Lauren is an award nominated and winning performer, Casting Director, Director, Film Producer, Production Designer, and Mindset Coach for Actors; in whom possess the unique and strong resume in regards to casting, coaching, directing, acting, modeling, dance, and production design for commercial, film, television, & editorial. Her network ranges across the globe to the UK, India, and Australia.

She's worked alongside some of Hollywood's most established, such as Paul Haggis of 'Crash' and 'Million Dollar Baby' actors, Kevin Pollack, David Dastmalchian, John Christian Love, and many more. She has also been invited to speak and coach for SAG-AFTRA, Mandy.com, Broadway Kids, Marymount College, Pace University, Philly Actors Lab, and Actors Connection, just to name a few! And has built. credits as a commercial director for Grove, Noom, Prose, and Madison Reed, in contract with Tubescience ad agency.
