Completed Manuel Puro's selftape training and coaching selftapes has become something of a side hustle. My style is direct and no nonsense although I will always coach rather than tell. I will not tell you how to act but explain what I am seeing and ask you questions to help you find your own way. I already know you are enough. My job is to ask the questions to unlock your best performance, until you feel it!
