HELPFUL TIP OF THE WEEK: A great director said we should always look for the 'flesh and bones' needs of the character. When did they last eat, showered, used the bathroom, is it a birthday/special event etc. Why? Because "hungry and tired" me has a way different level of patience and grace - and dealing with the scene is going to come out differently! It builds the world and your belief in what's happening for this person NOW, and gives you breadcrumbs to play with (if they serve you in the moment!) that you can lean into or away from for different takes.

- Barbados born and raised.
- Worked in Theater in multiple shows for 10 years - some of which won awards like Best Production or Best Clown.
- Meisner trained (AADA-NYC), also trained in Musical Theater and physical theater/clown. Also studied on camera acting with Onye Eme-Akwari.
- I'm also a Voice teacher: in Meisner-based vocal training and acting through song coach (certified with Meisner in Music - Level 2 Teacher Training).
