I am an actor in Los Angeles, originally from Kansas. I have acted in Netflix's 'Girlboss', Lifetime's 'My Crazy Ex', Snapchat's 'Solve', SYFY Network's 'Haven:Origins', and a wide array of films. I trained in improv comedy at UCB. I trained in drama at Stella Adler Conservatory and have performed in award winning stage productions from Broadway to Hollywood. I am also a holistic healer, and creator of The Spiritual Actor program, where I provide healing practices to actresses and actors. I also write, direct, and produce my own films and series. I am also a former athlete and die hard sports fan, classic rock and indie music enthusiast, and avid poker player.
