I am an actor, filmmaker and acting coach who has been studying the craft for 25 years and working in the business for nearly two decades. I've been teaching acting for 5 years and recently launched a website called LosAngelesActingCoach.com to share tips and tricks with actors everywhere.
I love the craft of acting and the art of booking and get a lot of joy out of helping actors find their way with material, bringing their own uniqueness to each role.
The actors that I work with regularly consistently thank me for not pushing my own interpretation of the character on them. I'm a believer in helping actors bring their own particular strengths to every role so they can really shine and give a read that no one else can. I bring my own audition experience and years of experience as a working actor on TV and films sets to the table that helps actors understand the subtleties of how to use their talent and skill to get a job and then do their job.
I have a book available on Amazon called "Both Sides of the Desk: A Conversation Between a Casting Director and an Actor" that I co-wrote with Catrine McGregor, CSA.
I'm currently a student at Second City and Hollywood and have recently joined the faculty at Acting SD in San Diego.
