I have a good understanding of how certain casting offices work due to my experience working at Actors Connection and repeatedly auditioning for many of the offices in NYC. It has helped me out tremendously with audition technique and booking jobs. I am always training and keeping up to date with the industry. I am fluent in Spanish as well!

William Martinez is an actor based out of NYC. His family is from the Dominican Republic but he was born in New York City and raised there until he was 10. He then moved out to Allentown, PA with his family. From a very young age he was fascinated with movies and grew up performing in his local, and school theaters. At 14 he was cast in the feature film called Heroes of Dirt with the starring role of Blue Espinosa. This solidified his passion for acting in film. Alongside his acting endeavors he played basketball, baseball, ran track, participated in the National Fitness Team (becoming National Fitness Champion his senior year), and sang in his high school acapella group. He attended the University of Pittsburgh, and majored in Marketing and Information systems, while attending classes at the Pittsburgh film institute. After graduation he moved to New York and worked in business for a year while saving up to leave his job and pursue his acting career. William Martinez is now a full time actor with his focus being Film/TV and commercials. He hopes to work in films/series that tackle diversity and advocate for Latino actors.
