Tiana Randall-Quant

Tiana Randall-Quant is a Los Angeles-born and based actor, producer, and educator operating under the title of "Collaborative Storyteller". Her personal and professional interests intersect at the endeavor to dismantle the narrative that "LA is not a theatre town" and to dismantle the systemic and cultural barriers that keep QPOC underrepresented and underserved in our industry.

She is joining the WeAudition community with an already extensive amount of cold reading experience under her belt. She got her start as a reader when in undergrad at UC Berkeley as part of the Contemporary Drama Working Group, a company of students who would present staged readings of new plays by established playwrights with limited rehearsals. It was an experience that opened her heart to a love of reading new, in-development work in community with other actors. Today she feeds this hunger for stage reading plays as an actor and Associate Producer at Playground-LA, theatre company that stages world premieres of approximately 600 10-minute plays a season across their collectives in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York.

As an audition reader, Tiana endeavors to maintain a safe and open environment that prioritizes exploration, experimentation, and fun. She is excited to help you with your audition.

She is currently an actor and associate producer at Playground-LA and is a co-founder of Unladylike Theatre, a co-founder of BLKLST, and a drafter of the Los Angeles Anti-Racist Theatre Standards.
