Hi! I'm Sally and I'd love to help you rehearse and nail that self-tape.
I trained at Arts Educational in London and worked in theatre for several years before taking a break to bring up my two children. I jumped back into the industry with both feet in 2019, winning a powerful one-woman show, The Cloak of Visibility, at my first audition. I reprised the role earlier this year and the show has just been nominated for an OnComm.
I have also recently played Christine, an insomniac seeking therapy, in a short film, Waves of Sleep, and lonely mother Tina in Home Is Where the Heart Is by Damien Swaby. I also work as a voiceover from my professional studio set up. Oh, and I've got a podcast called Creative Twist where I talk to other comeback creatives about the power of returning to your passion after a break. Give it a listen if you fancy.
As a former subeditor and journalist, I'm happy to help with script-editing or text analysis and am a strong sight-reader with an RP accent. A cheerleader for fellow actors, I'd love to help you win your audition!
I can't wait to connect with you. If I'm offline and you would like to get in touch, feel free to DM me on Instagram or Twitter @sallyvanderpump or email me info@sallyvanderpump.com

I trained at Arts Educational in London and worked in theatre for several years before taking a break to bring up my two children. I jumped back into the industry with both feet in 2019, winning a powerful one-woman show, The Cloak of Visibility, at my first audition. I have recently reprised the role at The Space Arts Centre in London and been nominated for an OnComm award.
I've also recently played Christine, an insomniac seeking therapy, in a short film, Waves of Sleep by Sofia Rivolta, and Tina in Home Is Where the Heart Is by Damien Swaby.
I have a professional voiceover studio set up and work on diverse projects from explainers and podcasts to drama and audiobooks. I have also recorded a podcast series called Creative Twist about the joy and power of returning to your creative passion after a break.
As a former subeditor and journalist, I'm happy to help with script-editing and am a strong sight-reader with native RP accent.
