I am a working actor/writer specializing in drama and action. I have experience in film, and voice work, in both Chinese Mandarin and English. I utilized my bilingual skills in creating the English dub for the female lead in the hit TV series “Candles in the Tomb.’’

I will be starring in the upcoming feature film “June” where I shared intense scenes both emotionally and physically with my co-star (Golden Horse Award Winning) Arron Kwok.

Furthermore, I’ve starred as the lead in two successful independent films. “Chestnut Heart" made it into the faculty selects that screened at BAM Harvey Theater. My recent leading role in the film “Journey to the East” was written and directed by Eve Liu (who has worked with James Schamus and Baz Luhrmann). A reimagined Eastern “Western” inspired by the first Chinese settlers in the American West. A role I’m extremely proud of and feel is reflective of my ability to play a strong, independent yet sensitive young woman. Journey to the East will be screening at the Metrograph theatre in New York City this week after making several successful festival runs (*Official Selection: Philadelphia Asian American Film Festival, San Francisco Another Hole in the Head Film Festival, Tokyo International Film Festival, Prague International Film Festival, Los Angeles Asian Film Festival, Los Angeles Asian Pacific Film Festival, The IndieFest Film Awards: Merit Award 2021).

My experience in film has taught me the subtle nuances to channel different characters and personas while staying true to the artistic vision of the film. As an Asian American actor, I’m committed to creating with other individuals that would like to redefine Asians within film.
