A true action movie fan, Rayanna became obsessed with '80s & '90s action movies at the tender age of 7 thanks to her Papa, and spent her youth watching the likes of Bruce Willis, Mel Gibson, and Arnie save the day! But it was the T2 badass legendary 'Sarah Connor' who really inspired her to have a voice, and acting became Rayanna's healthy obsession! Growing up in a small west-country town in Wiltshire provided plenty of snoozy days which fuelled Rayanna's curiosity for people and play. From stage school to college, university to the professional world of acting, she remains based in London and works on both stage and screen, most recently focusing on film and turning her hand to writing.
Rayanna is a West-country bird at heart and all about the drama! When she isn't prepping to play a new role, she enjoys chuckling away at stand-up comedy, battling the mud at Glastonbury, and attempting to cook Lebanese food accompanied by a tasty glass of red!
Outside of training and school, Rayanna's first professional audition came at 17 for ITV's Soapstars. Since then she has appeared on UK and U.S TV screens, the London stage, and multiple award winning short & indie films. She often gets cast as American, due to self-teaching herself the accent from a young age watching countless cheesy action and coming of age films. Although based in London, she spent two years working on projects in Singapore, starring in Critically acclaimed Checkpoint Theatre's Sell-out show 'Displaced Persons Welcome Dinner'.
Rayanna has recently had a baby and is using whatever free time she has to produce her first short-film, BUMPS.
