Andrew Kaplan is a character actor who has had a diverse set of roles in film and television. Kaplan has a relaxed style with a sense of humor. He loves improv and comedy. He roles have been as diverse as NY mobster to a Southern Lawyer. He has been leadership roles such Senator, Judge and Police Captain.
Because of these diversity of roles, Kaplan is experienced in varied script analyses. He has studied for years with one of the leading coaches on auditioning, Tim Phillips, author of Audition for Your Career, Not the Job.
Kaplan resides in Atlanta, GA. Originally from Springfield, NJ, Kaplan lived and worked in NYC in his early career at WNBC, HBO/Cinemax and The Movie Channel.
