Talia Saraceno

I'm a professional actor who has trained and worked for over 20 years, and I'd love to work with you! I love script analysis and will offer ideas and coaching upon request.

Talia Saraceno was born and raised in Endicott, NY, a small town just west of Binghamton University and north of the Pennsylvania border. Her ancestry is Italian, Irish, and Swedish.

Talia’s acting work has primarily included lead roles in classic American plays (The Skin of Our Teeth, The Crucible, Steel Magnolias). Of her portrayal of Sabina in The Skin of Our Teeth, one reviewer said, “Talia Saraceno, with exquisite diction, creates a moving, complex character, who is part Kelly Ann Conway, part Joan of Arc” (Jack Cook).

Talia co-produced, co-directed, and co-starred in a two-woman compilation of vignettes highlighting female strength and tenacity. She also founded Transcend Theatre Group, a company dedicated to reading and performing under-produced plays. Of Transcend’s first production, reviewer Colin Wood wrote: “...the performance of Talia Saraceno, who played Steph [was] in-depth, emotionally charged, and incredibly well delivered”.

Talia has a background in choreography/dance, is a certified yoga instructor, and has trained as a contortionist. She is devoted to pursuing truth, originality, and finesse as an actor and a human.
