Hello! My name is Cory, I'm an actor in the New York and Chicago markets. I have a BFA in Acting, I'm a graduate of the School at Steppenwolf, and I've trained at the Freeman Studio in NYC.
I've spent the past 10 years working professionally as an actor in theatre and on-camera. I worked as an intern and casting associate for one of the top casting offices in Chicago. I'm very comfortable with improv,
I'll help you feel more connected to the material so you can have the best audition you can. I can either work with you, ask questions, and find out together what the scene is. Or we can just do it and have some fun. Whatever you need, I'll be a leaf on your wind!
Different types of auditions include:
-commercial copy (storyboard, scripted, MOS)
-film, tv, etc.
-theatre (apart from classic material like Shakespeare, Chekhov, etc. I don't have a lot of experience with that tbh)
Cory Hardin is an actor, writer, and director. He is known for Ringolevio (2020) Bird of Paradise (2019) and #WhoKilledHeather (2017). He currently goes between NYC and Chicago, received his BFA from Western Kentucky University, and is a graduate of the School at Steppenwolf.
