Ava Bunn
AVA BUNN most recently starred in the staged reading of Alice Stanley Jr’s provocative comedic play, “The Second Best School Shooting,” which was produced by Adam McKay and Shira Piven, at The Elysian Theater. A proud San Diego native, Ava began her career at The Old Globe. A recent graduate from USC's Theatre and Screenwriting Program where she earned the John Ritter Memorial Award for Comedic Excellence, and appeared in “As You Like It” and “Winter’s Tale” (directed by Kate Burton). Her solo comedy show was titled "Hey Mom, Can You Pause the TV?" (Broadwater Theatre) — which she wrote after honing her comedic characters through studies with the Groundlings Theatre. She is next headed into the Groundlings Advanced Writing Lab.

I am here to help you BOOK THAT JOB!! I am well-versed in all genres, but comedy is where my expertise really lies. More than happy to just run lines, be a reader, but can also help find the 'game' of a comedic scene and bring out the comedy in lines and character building.
My Skills:
-improv comedy and helping you find the game and nuances of a comedic character/scene

-drilling lines and assistance in memorization
-playing around with the depth in your camera to help make your self tape stand out and feel like you are actually in the room
