Hi! I'm a queer and disabled actor based in Atlanta, GA. I moved here from Houston, TX and I've had so many successes, naturally I want to see you succeed too!
Training: Meisner, Viewpoints, Improv, Script Analysis, On Camera (as well as what physicality to include), movement and emotional work.
What I can help with: line memorization, feedback, reading, reading for characters that are queer and/or disabled, & script analysis,
I know the frustrations of getting a reader and with the writer's strike I know funds are harder to come by, don't worry: NO ONE WILL BE TURNED AWAY DUE TO LACK OF FUNDS! Just book 15 minutes and let me know how much time you need.

Derek got his start performing as a Drag King in Houston, Texas in 2018. He began seeking acting roles on the big screen as a way to stay active during the pandemic in December of 2020. A year later he moved to Atlanta to continue perusing his dream of being an actor. He quickly found his footing in comedy, which surprised him because of his autistic background. He continues performing while living out as a proud queer (agender & two-spirit) and disabled (EDS, Autism & ADHD) actor of Native American descent (Cherokee) and speaks out for his queer and disabled brothers and sisters.
