John-Paul Steele
Originally from outside of Atlanta, I have been acting since 2016 with prior experience in camera work and editing. I've appeared in many short films, and I have co-starred/guest starred on network TV shows including The Walking Dead: World Beyond (AMC), MacGyver (CBS), and Genius (NatGeo). My training background is in Meisner, which has made me very comfortable with cold reading, and allowing a scene to just happen based on the present circumstances and focusing on my scene partner.
John-Paul Steele is an actor and editor, known for MacGyver (2016), Genius (2017) and The Walking Dead: World Beyond (2020).
Born and raised in the Atlanta area, I started out behind the camera after earning a degree in Mass Media Arts at the University of Georgia. Since 2011, I have freelanced as a camera operator, editor, and as a production assistant on major feature films and TV series. All of this experience behind the scenes allowed me to observe acting closely, and in 2016 I signed with Houghton Talent.
