Barry John Kinsella has just finished filming ITV's Innocent 2, Screen Ireland short HUM and NI Screen short Copy That. Barry graduated from the Lir in July 2018, making his professional stage debut on the Peacock stage at the Abbey Theatre playing Bobby in Madhouse. Among others, he also played Jay Gatsby in the Gate Theatre production of The Great Gatsby, directed by Alexander Wright, Johan in Good Love, directed by Karolina Szermerda and Tom in Irish Times Theatre Award nominated play Skin Tight. Screen work includes Graham Cantwell's feature Lily (2019), Felix Castaldo's feature, The Rollover (2018) and John Farrelly's The Sleep Experiment (2020), Tom in the television pilot, Tx, by Claire Cassidy. Short films include WAVE, by TJ Peyton O'Grady and Oscar winner Benjamin Cleary, HUM, a Screen Ireland short film, by Mo O'Connell and NI Screen short films 'Bring Back Laura' by Rebekah Davis, 'Copy That' by Margaret McGoldrick and 'Grounding' by Oisín Tomás O'Raighaillaigh. He is represented by Nolan Muldoon Agency and as a voiceover artist with Voicebank.
