Hi beautiful people! I am an actor, voice over artist and tarot reader.
I was born and bred in Cornwall (southwest of the UK), trained at Central School of Speech and Drama in London, worked 10 years in theatre in NYC and I’m now based in Los Angeles. Make my living as a working actor in TV, film, radio, video games and audiobooks, learning and growing all the time.
I love and am skilled at breaking down scripts to find the playable beats. How to serve the story while finding your unique voice in it. I have a massive crush on this community: so grateful to collaborate here, all ships rising together!
I have also served as producer and casting director in several films and bring that perspective to our work together. If you are looking for accent feedback, that is also definitely my wheelhouse!

Cerris Morgan-Moyer is an actress, voice over artist, producer and host. She was born in Cornwall, UK where she grew up in a converted Chapel a few feet from the sea. Her playground was the beach, the cliffs and her imagination. Aged six, Cerris entertained an unknown guest with a lengthy and elaborate puppet show. The guest was Norman Stone, who directed Cerris in her first film, shot in Cornwall later that year: “A Different Drummer”, the BBC biopic of Cornish poet Jack Clemo. From that point forward, Cerris knew her life would involve much more of this magical work.
She trained at Central School of Speech and Drama in London, received a BA from Sarah Lawrence College in New York and spent several years working on stage in NYC before moving to Los Angeles where she is currently based.
It is Cerris’ passion to bring characters to life; it is her happy responsibility to enable quality material to emerge through all stages of development and production. To that end she is thrilled to have joined forces with longtime friend, colleague and inspiration Amyra Bunyard to form Lock & Loru Productions, Ltd.
In addition to enjoying a fulfilling life as actress, voice over artist, producer and host, Cerris is an avid novice gardener and a great lover of books, language and travel.
