All due respect to auditioners, & I’ve been watching the requests for a while now and I have to tell you... I’ve done probably more than 10,000 cold reading meetings in Los Angeles, at all levels and media ( commercials- national and regional, television- 3 cam, single cam, comedy, drama, episodic, procedurals, film-day player to lead... ) and I can count on one hand those meetings where the reader matched gender, race, geographical background and so forth.
Now you should have what you want for your audition... but if you find it difficult to find a reader, perhaps that might be why.
The important things about your audition are; your reading, your interpretation, and that what’s on camera is lite well, and heard clearly.

My acting bio-
A leading man in the classic spirits of Sterling Hayden, Jack Palance, Ralph Meeker, Bruce Dern & Jack Nicholson, Mark has brought his own unique style & process to his roles garnering attention from such diverse regions as Cannes Directors Fortnight, Sundance, Locarno & Deauville International Film Festivals & the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences. Mark rose to manage the prestigious MET Theatre & was a founding member of the MET Theatre Workshop under the tutelage of A-list Oscar winners, Oscar nominees, Pulitzer Prize winners after acting school. Mark resides in Los Angeles where he pursues his acting & film making career.
