I'm an MFA-trained actor who has performed mostly Off-Broadway and regionally. Additionally, I've had a guest star on LAW & ORDER: SVU and an appearance on MADAM SECRETARY- as well as many smaller films. I've trained with Bob Krakower and an up-and-comer I've really adored- José Joaquin Perez.
My wife is an agent at DGRW in New York City. I have the rare opportunity to see a lot of tapes and see what magic combinations come together for bookings.
I would love to read with you for FREE. I'm interested in becoming a coach- so if you'd like a little guidance, I'd love to help. If you'd just like to read your scene- I'm more happy to be of service so you can get the words in your mouth.
Hope you book it! Happy auditioning!
Peter is a New York City based actor who has appeared on Television, Off-Broadway, and for regional theatres across the country. Born in Oxford, Mississippi and raised in Amarillo, Texas, Peter spent his high school days participating in the real-life “Friday Night Lights”. He took his "Clear eyes, full heart, can't lose attitude" to a different set of lights earning his BFA in Musical Theatre from Abilene Christian University and an MFA in Acting from the Case Western Reserve University/Cleveland Play House.
Outside of performing, Peter is passionate about chasing dreams, cheerleading for friends, podcasts of many kinds, the Golden Age of Television, puppies (!!!), ice cream, and this pizza place in Cleveland, Ohio called Angelo’s.
Most importantly, Peter loves being married to his wife, Kat Hargrave, a senior agent at Douglas, Gorman, Rothacker, and Wilhelm (DGRW). Together, the two run a blog called The Obvious Path which interviews artists across all facets of the entertainment industry about their individual paths to success. The Hargrave’s are also the proud parents to a tiny, adorable, bundle-of-snuggles fur baby named Maddie.
