My name is Nick Skardarasy. I am here to help in any way that you need it! We can break down the scene slowly, do a speed through, or go at whatever pace is comfortable.
I have assisted in casting offices as a reader and worked as an actor on various television and film projects! I have experience with self-tapes, in person auditions, callbacks, producer sessions, chemistry tests, etc.
As an actor, you catch me next in the pilot for the remake of 'A League Of Their Own' on Amazon Prime. I've also appeared in award winning shorts, indies, and have worked with CollegeHumor in the past.
I also have an extensive background in theatre including a BFA in Theatre & Performance from the University of Michigan. Additionally, I have trained with Grotowski Laboratory Theatre co-founder Rena Mirecka, The American Academy of Dramatic Arts - Los Angeles, as well as The Royal Shakespeare Company. I have also trained in every level of improv at UCB.
I really love cold reads and my goal in any session is to get the scene on its feet as soon as possible so that we can approach it any way that is comfortable for you.
The reading process is about you and I'm here to help in any way I can!
NOTE: I have been getting some requests when my Reader Beacon is OFF. If I miss you, my apologies! Please request me again!
