Nick Giannetto

Nick has been acting and making music since 2017. In the last year, he officially became a writer-director-producer for his directorial debut Ribbons of Euphoria: a 25 minute short film/proof of concept shot on 16mm film. He loves reading with other actors and has gotten experience directing them in his recent film. They always say the best directors are those who have been actors as well. He has training in scene study and theatrical improvisation. He's happy to read with you and let you do your thing, or give you notes and feedback, giving you ideas for other things to try. Reading with others has been always such a great gift and tool for him, he just wants to give back in the same way. He's also a Spanish speaker and happy to read in Spanish as well!

He's been acting professionally since 2018 with lead roles in films: Golden Boy (2018), Alterdena (2018), Basic Norwegian (2020), Eve (2021), and Midnight Romance (2022). In 2019, he co-starred in the Netflix series Atypical. He has acted in commercials for Ui Home (2022), 88 at the Park Residential Properties (2022), Dark Horse (2023) and Hint Water (2023). In November 2022, Nick played the part of a vagabond musician in a proof of concept shot on 65mm film with director-writer Drey Jordan Singer.

His training largely consists of theatrical improvisation and cold-reading techniques which he studied for 2 years under master teacher Merilyn Carney at Merilyn Carney Workshops LA.
