Hey, I'm Lorie-Lanie and I am a professional actress and a singing/acting teacher in my spare time. I am obsessed with acting and love passing on what I know to others and watching them grow skill, confidence and knowledge in their field.

I am trained in Uta Hagen and Stanislavski's technique. I am also very familiar with Stella Adler, Strasberg and Meisner.
Lorie Shanks is a highly skilled physical actress with a high level work ethic and skill. Her latest performance was in ‘The Taming of the Shrew’ - William Shakespeare with Spitfire Theatre Company.
Lorie graduated from her Foundation Degree with a high First through WCG.
Lorie has a documentary on Netflix with her family called ‘Kingdom of Us’ about a variety of mental health challenges and grief. She loves being active and learning new skills constantly such as: mixed martial arts, squash, rock climbing, yoga, vocal training, method acting, acoustic guitar and piano.
