Khetanya Henderson
As a passionate, creative professional, Khetanya believes in putting her skills and innovation at the forefront of her work. Her work and world is informed by her personal and professional experiences as an Actor, Dancer, Choreographer and Director and is rooted in storytelling. Beginning with dance, Khetanya was trained in many forms by way of the Ailey School in New York City. She has performed nationally and internationally. A few of her noted credits include Hairspray,The Movie, Enchanted, and Lady Madonna in Cirque du Soleil’s Grammy-Award-winning-show Love featuring the music of The Beatles. During her time at Cirque du Soleil, her choreography was also featured.
Khetanya holds a Master of Fine Arts in Acting Performance from the University of Connecticut. Some of her featured roles include Cages (Esme), Intimate Apparel (Ester Mills), A Chorus Line (Kristine), Legally Blonde (Brooke), Gypsy with Leslie Uggams and Marley (Diane Jobson) as an original cast member of the World Premiere of Marley under the direction of Kwame Kwei-Armah.
If she isn't performing on stage, you may have seen her in a currently running commercial. Khetanya has worked with many brands including Target, Peloton, Apple and Rakuten.
