I am an actor, strength and conditioning coach and entrepreneur. I started acting in 2021 as a way to grow as person and be uncomfortable in a positive way. I have attended acting classes at Utah Talent Academy, Clay Banks Studio International, LA Acting Institute, private coaching and other workshops.

When I am not acting, I am teaching fitness.
I am a Strength and Conditioning Coach. I currently hold a Mat Pilates Instructor, Functional Movement Screen Level 1 and 2, and Applied Human Health and Performance Specialist Level 1 and 2. I have been coaching and training clients for over 12 years in multiple settings. I help my clients focus on proper body movement and teaches them how to create healthier lives for themselves in my company, Kelsey Lane Fitness, LLC. Sometimes I find many social media platforms limiting so I took my passion for educating my clients to hosting my own podcast, “Be Unapologetically You Radio”.
I have an undergraduate degree in Animal Science and a Masters of Science in Kinesiology.
Due to growing up in a rural community and being bored, I was exposed to a variety of interests and skills like horse backing riding - western & english, dirt bikes, road, dirt, and boat driving, jet skiing, kayaking, track and field, basketball and weightlifting. As an adult, I have been competitive in powerlifting, bodybuilding and tried out for the US bobsled team.
My first 6 years in my career I worked for college and universities as an instructor, academic advisor and retention specialist.
