Kavi Ladnier
Hi there. My name is Kavi Ladnier and I’ve been a professional theatre, film and tv actor for 25 years. I love to act, and I love working w actors. Whether it’s just running lines, reading for a self-tape or helping you get in the zone with breathing and other exercises, my goal is to support you in sharing your best with each audition, while having fun and being super present and prepared.
Here’s a little about me.
I just finished recording the role of Mina in Plucker as part of Antaeus Theatre’s The Zip Code Plays which will drop Nov 12th.
Next up I am super excited to reprise my starring role in the 2019 Off Broadway 2 person play Hatef**k on October 24th as part of Colt Coeur Theatre Company’s Fall 2020 season. Tickets on Eventbrite.
The feature I produced and starred in, Boris and the Bomb dropped on TUBI and Amazon Prime right as we all entered lockdown. I also guest starred alongside my daughter in an episode of Disney Jrs animated series Mira, Royal Detective (she is Mira:)
I have been keeping busy over Zoom during this quarantine in Anna Mathias’s play Get Me to the Zoom On Time (Skylight Theatre Live); Michelle Kholos Brooks’s Privilege (Rogue Machine Theatre’s Around The Clock); and starred in Aarti Mann’s two-person short film Augury with my daughter Leela, currently in post-production.
I also starred in the short No Man’s Land back in January which just premiered at the Dances With Film Festival in August 2020.
