Once short-listed as the next Cadbury's Flake Girl(!), I’m PASSIONATE about music, entertainment, communication, personal development, travel, health, nutrition & fitness. I have 21 years researching, writing, reporting and presenting. I’ve previously worked for Sky TV News as a music & movie review reporter, Regional ITV news & been heard on commercial/ networked BBC radio.

An ex-gymnast, acrobatic, tap & modern dancer with a BSc Hons in Human Nutrition, Physiology & Biochemistry from Nottingham University, I’m a qualified Fitness & Stage dance instructor. Won ‘Sales Rep of The Year’ with an international pharmaceutical company. First broadcasting break? Metro Fm in '96.

In addition to my music & movie reviews for Sky TV News, I'm a self-starter who researched, wrote, produced, presented & interviewed during my own daily commercial & BBC radio shows. Other credits include hosting live televised UK/US sport from Crystal Palace, a motorbike & veterinary TV series.

Very experienced at writing my own reports, learning scripts or using autocue, working live to multiple cameras, using open talk-back & recording pieces in one take - as is often required! My voice is often requested for broadcast to voice-over for commercials & documentaries.

Extensive live stage experience from age of 5, led to main roles in musicals ‘La Cage aux Folles’ & ‘The Card’. I single-handedly hosted 250 Clothes Show Live productions & over 100 interactive live stage presentations at Disney,Paris.
