JocQuan T. Carter is an American Actor born Jocquan Carter on August 7th, in Newport News, Virginia. Raised by his Single Mother, he moved to Los Angeles, California after graduating high school. While Studying Filmmaking & Video Production at the Art Institute (North Hollywood) Carter sparked a love for show business after working in front & behind the camera on school projects. Carter moved back to California and landed small roles in MTV's Awkward, and M83 short Film Claudia Lewis.
