Jessica Leigh

Hi! My name is Jessica Leigh and I'd be thrilled to be your reader. I've been acting in Los Angeles for the past 15 years, and have over 20 years of experience.

I've consistently trained/studied throughout my time in LA, with teachers such as Stuart K. Robinson, John Sudol, Annie Grindlay, Foley Marra Casting, and at The Groundlings School, just to name a few.

I understand the challenges of self-taping that we've all been through, such as potential technical lags between lines (and the joys of Zoom) and accommodating for those so that you don't have to worry about unnecessary distractions. I have a good sense for pace, timing and playing off of energies.

And if there's anything else in particular that I can do with your read to help you out more with the scene, by all means let me know-- it's your audition! And of course, I would only provide direction if requested.

I'm doing my first reads for free while building my reviews, (optional tips) and looking forward to collaborating! See my Actor Bio for more info about me. :)

Thanks for stopping by!

I've been acting since childhood, but I relocated to Los Angeles in 2008 to pursue it full-time and never looked back. :) I also enjoy writing/producing and sharing my collaborative efforts at film festivals. Time flies when you're having fun!

Outside of acting, I was a dancer for the Cleveland San Jose Ballet and a competitive figure skater, and I do fitness competitions for fun.
