I've been a working actor for more than 20 years now, on stage, tv, and film, based out of New York City and a member of all the unions. I've also worked with a number of casting directors here in various capacities, so I've been on both sides of the table where I've seen—and experienced—what works, what doesn't work, what they're looking for, and what sets actors apart.

I'm here in the virtual audition pool as well, so I know sometimes you just need a capable reader to give you the words and nothing else... and other times it can help to have an outside eye to respond if you're looking for feedback and input. But always, it helps to have a reader with solid internet connection and sound quality, so all you have to worry about is getting to your best performance. I'm hardwired and using a home VoiceOver studio setup, so quality for your recording should be as solid as can be.
