Hannah Fernandes

Hannah Fernandes is a Chicago-based EMC actor, singer and dancer, who has performed roles, ranging from “Cinderella” in Into The Woods, to “Shelby” in Steel Magnolias, to "Velma" in CHICAGO (directed by Stephen Kopel of Roundabout Theatre Company). While primarily a theatre actor, she’s also passionate about tv/film/voiceover opportunities.

Originally from La Crosse, Wisconsin, she most recently accompanied her BFA in Musical Theatre from Wichita State University by studying at the prestigious Maggie Flanigan Studio 2 year conservatory program in New York City.

Hannah is an old soul, but don’t mistake her for someone who’s “got the dream but not the guts”. She is an artist but also a fiercely passionate and engaged advocate for activism. She believes if you want to make the world a better place, you have to actively participate and she does that by volunteering and helping her community register to vote. She also conceived and produced a cabaret, featuring female performers, as a desire to raise awareness about sexual assault, in which all proceeds were donated to a local women’s shelter.

Hannah is currently available for all your casting needs via zoom, travel, etc. She has a Sony HD A610 camera (3840x2160p 4K Ultra-HD video resolution quality) with great audio capturing using an external microphone, as well as a 3 point photography light set up, ring light and 700Mbps internet speed.
