Emma Laird Craig

On graduating from the Royal Central School of Speech & Drama she discovered the work of Sanford Meisner, which complimented her classical training brilliantly. From here she was accepted into LAByrinth Theatre Company's Inaugural Ensemble Intensive in 2009. She met fellow multi-disciplinary collaborators and co-founded a new writing theatre company called The LabRats, which has produced 5 new plays in NYC since. She has also served as an actor in new play and screenplay development in the UK at the Young Vic Genesis Project, The Actors Temple and Theatre 503.

Emma has performed at Theatre Royal Haymarket, Theatre Royal Stratford East, The Troubadour and Chelsea Arts Club to name a few. She has cut her camera craft on independent short films and though she has drama chops she has a penchant for the funny appearing in and creating sketch shows online.
