Emily Elder

Emily Elder is an experienced actor in film and television for the last ten years, notably, and has been involved in the commercial acting and print world since she was a child. She is also a screenwriter, novelist, nature enthusiast, and is a powerfully passionate and dedicated performer to her craft. Just before the 2023 strikes began, she booked her network costar role on American Rust, and has been actively booking lead and supporting roles both theatrically and commercially. Her latest credits include a lead in the action-packed short thriller "Redacted", cast as CIA agent Emily Rivers; and a supporting role in the faith-based dramatic short "Daisy", cast as Samantha, a nurse that helps save the protagonist from joining a cult post-suicide attempt. She is currently in pre-production of her own short "The Pitt Stop", which is slated to serve as a prequel to one of her feature film screenplays. Her training is Meisner-based, infused with Chubbuck technique, and she actively participates in scene study and on-camera training. With the recent discovery of WeAudition, she anticipates meeting likeminded actors and industry professionals, and is excited at the prospect of helping each other through this platform. Stepping out of the boxed-in, at-home studio conundrum, WeAudition is going to elevate each of us in this game, and she looks forward to bringing life to each of these encounters.
