Let me help you put all the pieces together to BRING THE LINES TO LIFE, BRING THE CHARACTER TO LIFE, and FEEEEEL it so the casting director can FEEL it!
Blessed with an analytic mind and the heart of a Creative, I can communicate with you thru all the actor jargon, AND systematically go over the scene with you and identify the fine details that may be missing and can make or break the believability of the performance. Did I just make up that word? Shakespeare did it all the time.
Don't let the young face fool you, I'm plenty older than I look. I like to say God is preserving me. And I learned some excellent beauty care while living in L.A. No. 1 being RAW SHEA BUTTER.
I have 8+ years experience on-stage, including a Bachelor's of Fine Arts degree for Theatre Performance, 4 1/2 years experience of living in Los Angeles, working on and off camera, auditioning for commercial, episodic, and film, and learned to memorize pages at a time in about 15 minutes. Some of my favorite acting gigs comes from Simulated Patient work in which I portray a scene/medical condition for medical students to help them train technique with patients. In these scenes, it's critical to make it BELIEVABLE and DETAILED.
This is my main theory behind acting - if the actor believes what they are saying is true and thinking and feeling in that truth, then it's true and is Great acting. If the actor doesn't believe it, can't feel it, no thoughts in the head except what's my next line? did I get that right? then it comes across as lies and therefore bad acting :/ Personally, I think everyone has the capability of excellent acting with the right preparedness.
I currently live in Music City Nashville, TN. I'm active during the day, but somehow tend to stay up into the wee hours of the morning. So, when it seems like you're in a jam and only have a few hours to film the audition before going to work at 8am, hit me up and we will get it done beautifully!!

A high school theatre kid, I continued with theatre in college, studying Shakespeare, Stanislovsky, a little Meisner, comedy, animal work, breathing technique, voice, dance, and on and on and graduated with my Bachelor of Fine Arts. I moved to Los Angeles almost immediately, having no idea what I was doing on-camera. I got booked on plenty of extras/background work with a feature here and there on Glee season 1 and Hung season 2 and kept being cast alongside Ashley Fink. I was with an acting studio for a year and a half that was a bit cultish and a little scammish. Then took an on-camera class from Joy Rinaldi for 6 months that taught me a lot. And around that time God pulled me out of L.A. I was a must join for AFTRA being a regular extra on a show that lasted half a season called Huge, was SAG E and the two joined, so I was SAG-AFTRA when I left town, and penniless, so, I stopped paying the dues. After a few years away from it all, back home in northern Idaho, I got an agent out of Spokane, WA and booked a couple of commercials, was in a couple plays, found my theatre and film experience had melded into great realism, did some simulated patient work, paid off all of my debt and got a good car and headed off to Nashville, TN to give it a go again. Being from Idaho, I love mountains, lakes, and rivers. And clouds, I really love clouds.
