Earl Baylon
Hey all, I'm an Actor/Improviser based in Los Angeles, California! I've been working in the industry for over 15 years with experience in TV, film, animation, video games, theatre, commercials, performance capture, etc - basically, if it's there, I have experience in it.
Need a reader? I got you. Want feedback? Sure - I've got some to give, definitely. Don't want feedback? I'll keep it to myself and keep sipping this pint glass filled with coconut milk. It's up to you. I'm set up in my own home studio/broadcasting space/streaming setup - so you'll never have to worry about tech difficulties on my end.
Besides the whole acting deal, I'm a singer/musician/writer/sometimes producer/podcaster/Twitch streamer. Yay. I'm currently:
- Artistic Director of Room to Improv, an Asian American improv troupe that is celebrating its 20th year of existence this year!
- Associate Producer and actor in a feature film Lumpia with a Vengeance that's making the festival rounds, won the Audience Award at the Hawaii International Film Fest, and recently screened at San Diego Comic-Con!
- Recording the first season of the Tomb Raider animated series for Netflix/Legendary Television
- You can hear my voice all over Netflix and in a few video games if you're into that.

Earl Baylon is an Actor/Improviser/Voice Artist/Sometimes writer/producer based in Los Angeles, CA.
He was born many years ago in the lowlands of East Hollywood, soon after which he was kidnapped by his “parents,” who brought him to live in the mythical land of Long Beach, CA with their “family.” Earl yeeted off to UC, Irvine where he majored in Biological Sciences and did every possible other thing besides his schoolwork.
Earl is currently the Artistic Director of ROOM TO IMPROV, an Asian-American improv troupe serving the LA community… and beyond! You can hear him in the latest TOMB RAIDER video game trilogy including the most recent game in the franchise, SHADOW OF THE TOMB RAIDER.
He currently serves as Associate Producer and actor on the feature film LUMPIA WITH A VENGEANCE. In his “free time” Earl yells at plastic polyhedrals and grinds supply line points so he can finally build the ultimate melee build campaign deck.
