David Michael is comfortable working on stage and in film. Most of his TV work is white collar, professional, but he enjoys the comedic and villain roles, as well.
He got started in community theatre, mainly musicals - on stage and in the pit (percussion). As a Los Angeles-based SAG-AFTRA / AEA actor, he is always working toward improving his craft and is currently studying with award-winning actor/director, Gary Imhoff (Working Artists Workshop/Musical Artists Workshop).
David Michael's TV appearances include: Good Trouble, Castle, Jane the Virgin, The Last Ship and Pearson. He has shot short, independent and student films. The last film he starred in was submitted to several short film festivals, and he was honored with a Best Actor nomination. Commercials, stage performances and print work keep him busy, as well.
As a vocalist, David Michael is a music minister at Church of the Good Shepherd in Beverly Hills. He also sings with the Los Robles Master Chorale. During the holidays, he sings in several professional Christmas caroling companies, and for the Jewish High Holy days.
Making use of the COVID pandemic shutdown, David Michael started working on writing recording his own music, samples can be found on his website: davidmichaeltrevino.com.
