Aloha! I am primarily based on O'ahu in Hawaii but I often travel to LA, Texas and sometimes Italy (where my husband is from).
At the moment, I'm only reading for free to get a feel for WeAudition to help and meet people. I may change this in the future.
I have been acting for over 2 decades, primarily in theatre and I have my MFA in acting!
I can be very subtle, genuine, and realistic, or I can be big and over the top. I'm good at taking direction if you need/want something done a certain way!
I am a very patient person. I'm good with beginners and pros. (I've taught beginning undergraduates for a couple of years. I also teach children of all ages.)
I'm good at giving advice/coaching or just reading with zero-to-little advice (it's up to you, just let me know what you need!)
I'm here for auditions, rehearsing, coach and open to other things you may need help with!

Catherine received her MFA in Acting and Asian Performance while also teaching Intro to Acting at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa.
She holds a BFA in Theatre from Stephen F. Austin State University; and a Professional Training Certificate from Dell’Arte International School of Physical Theatre. She studied physical ensemble-based theatre at Rose Bruford College in Sidcup, England; and Real Escuela Superior de Arte Dramático (RESAD) in Madrid, Spain and she spent a year studying Contemporary Performance at Naropa University.
Catherine has performed, devised, taught and worked backstage in New York City, Hawaii, Texas, Connecticut, California, Colorado, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Spain and England. She was an Ensemble Apprentice at Touchstone Theatre and has worked with major theatre companies and festivals such as The Alley Theatre, Hartford Stage, New York Fringe Festival, Ensemble Studio Theatre, Main Street Theatre, Ensemble Theatre, and Huron Playhouse.
