WeAudition.com<\/a> needs access to your microphone to send sound to your rehearsal partner.<\/p>\n

1. Connect microphone.<\/p>\n

Most computers will have a microphone if they have an integral camera. If you are using a USB camera check that it has a microphone.<\/p>\n

2. Select your microphone from dropdown.<\/p>\n

This checks that we can detect a microphone signal.<\/p>\n

Select the microphone that you would like to use. If you have just connected a microphone and it doesn’t show, try refreshing this page.<\/p>\n

Select ‘ASK if WeAudition wants to access your microphone.’ Then try refreshing this page.<\/p>\n

4. Clear your WeAudition.com <\/a> preferences<\/h4>\n

If you have restored from a backup after upgrading your computer, you could try deleting your stored microphone preferences for WeAudition.com <\/a>do this by clearing your browsers local storage for WeAudition.com.<\/p>\n

  1. Open the<\/b> Google Chrome Console by pressing F12 key.<\/li>\n
  2. Select \u201cApplication\u201d in the<\/b> console’s top menu.<\/li>\n
  3. Select \u201cLocal Storage<\/b>\u201d in the<\/b> console’s left menu.<\/li>\n
  4. Right click your site<\/b>(s) and click clear<\/b> to delete the local storage<\/b>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    5. Clear your Chrome preferences<\/h4>\n
